Lets me see my money in real time and control everything I need with my account
The app not loading was not a credit union issue nor was it an issue with the developer of the app. The developer or Google Play whomever was going ahead and blocking the app from opening because of a security issue on Google side. Once the update was done immediately the app was able to be accessed. Thank you Mark (w/WFTFCU) for helping me with knoledge that it was a known issue.
App wont open
The app has a tendency to crash or to just not start. It is very frustrating.
It once again has locked me out of my account transactions until I update the AP. However the update won't download on my Android phone. Once again I can't view or reconcile my expenditures via my mobile device until I call the mother ship and have them do it manually. Horse hockey y'all. This ap HAS always sucked and it doesn't play nice with multiple devices. FIX IT! HELL'S BELLS.... THIS IS THE 21ST CENTURY FOR GOD'S SAKE....
It's easy to use. Mobile deposit is great to have.
Cannot open. Just shuts down. Useless. edit: a week later & still cannot open. Now suddenly saying may not be optimized for device. No updates. New tablet. What is going on?
